Your responsibilities

  • Accounting tasks in CZ entity of Aeven, cooperation with the HQ and other countries

  • Active participation in Group‘s finance transformation

  • Booking of invoices, expense reports

  • Issuing invoices

  • Review of open transactions, review of general ledger, reconciliation of accounts, reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances

  • Review and preparation of accruals, internal documents

  • Preparation of VAT returns, cooperation with tax advisor on CIT returns

  • Monthly reporting tasks

  • Preparation of monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, review of G/L movements

  • Cooperation with auditors, preparation of annual closure

  • Other adhoc tasks based on the instructions from Senior Accountant and Finance Manager.

Požadavky na pozici

We are looking for a friendly colleague who loves teamwork, accounting and wants to deliver top-notch service to our stakeholders. 

  • You are an advanced accountant (min. 1-2 years) 

  • You are keen to work in the international environment  

  • You are able to work independently 

  • You are familiar with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables.. )  

  • You are a pro-active detail oriented person with an analytical mindset 

  • You are organised and willing to meet deadlines 

  • You are fluent in English and Czech
