We are looking for an experienced MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) Specialist, a professional with focus on device management via Microsoft cloud technologies (Intune), who will join our Operations team that is managing large (40k+ clients) environments.
Your responsibilities
You will join our Client Operations team, and your work will be placed during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. There are no on-call duties and no night or weekend shifts, and we can provide you with an option to work from home. You can also expect to be involved and help on different projects.
Your tasks will include:
Participation in the daily operations of incident, service and change request management in various environments
Application packaging and deployment
MEM (incl. Configuration Manager) and related technologies (Server OS, database, additional tools) maintenance
Advanced troubleshooting
Managing client solutions using GPO or MEM Device Configuration Policies
Setting up MEM Compliance Policies
Managing MEM Conditional Access
Working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization
Automatization and optimization of processes
Creating documentation for service operations

2+ years of knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
Additional knowledge of these technologies is welcomed: Windows Server 2008/12/16, management of Windows 10, Apps 365, SQL Server Reporting
Good knowledge of Microsoft EP Configuration Manager is a plus
Fluent English both spoken and written
Experience with supporting Apple environment in device management sector is more than welcomed
It is your advantage if you have the knowledge of MS Azure, PowerShell
As a desktop management professional who has worked with Microsoft’s device management tools, you have also knowledge/experience with:
Creation of packages/applications, programs/deployment types, collections and advertisements/deployments
Operating system deployment via MEMCM, Autopilot
Image creation and customization
OS/MS Office/Software Updates management
Advanced troubleshooting (ability to effectively work with SCCM logs, etc.)
