We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Manager of Advisory and Consultancy Services for Czech Republic and Hungary. This is a key role in driving growth within our Network, Cybersecurity, and Project Management advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the Advisory, Consultancy, and Project Management services across Czech Republic and Hungary.

  • Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Financial Management: Own and deliver financial targets for the Advisory & Consulting business in the region.

  • Capacity Management: Oversee resource planning, recruitment, and development of consultants to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Commercial Mindset: Foster a consultancy and commercial mindset across the team to drive business growth and profitability.

  • Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service delivery, maintaining excellence in project execution and advisory services.


Požadavky na pozici

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Advisory, Consultancy, or Project Management.

  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen with a focus on achieving business targets.

  • Experience in Network, Cybersecurity, or IT Project Management is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and manage teams of consultants.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Czech or Hungarian is a plus.
