Your responsibilities

• Lead by example

• Oversee direct reports and address all development, performance, technology and operational requirements

• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any challenges

• Ensure good cooperation with other Aeven delivery centers (Denmark, Philippines)

• Identify, develop and implement new business opportunities/services with the global stakeholders

• Manage team workload, including setting clear goals and deadlines, resource allocation and project management

• Drive improvements, automation, optimization and implement changes

• Regularly report on required metrics

• Together with HRBP, ensure adherence to required HR processes (performance management, compensation & benefits management, retention, annual organizational reviews, etc.) 

Our team

Our team consist of highly skilled Operations  Specialist and Project Consultants in 3 teams - Backup/Storage/VMware. All together you will lead 15 colleagues, and we anticipate further growth and expansion in the future. Our Operations Specialist & Consultants are cooperating with colleagues from Denmark and Philippines.

• Ability to effectively lead large team (15+ direct reports), various seniority mix

• You have excellent leadership skills for team engagement,  motivation, connecting with individuals, celebrating success, and putting in place team goals

• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, business metrics, including best practices and benchmarks

• Core understanding of ITSM processes and Agile way of working

• You are familiar with the environment of IT Operations and IT Outsourcing 

• You have in-depth knowledge of performance metrics

• Ability to thrive in an international work environment

• Proactive approach to ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration

• Positive attitude, open-mindedness, being receptive to ideas and being an excellent team player

• You are excellent at communication

• You are fluent in English
