Overall job definition:

Participate to the yearly audit planning definition covering all sites. Lead internal audit schedule execution of the site and ensure action plan follow up until effectiveness check realization. Support Process Owner for external audit preparation and execution (certification and customer). Support the site co-auditors.

Main missions:

• Contribute to build the ACC annual Audit Schedule and conduct internal manufacturing process audit based on it on site and at the different ACCs sites (cross functional).
• Ensure the completion of the audit corrective actions and their effectiveness check.
• Support site co-auditors to conduct consistent and professional audits and support training process.
• Follow the qualification level of internal auditors on his/her site and consolidate at the site and global level with ACC Management System Engineer to attribute the yearly qualification to internal auditor.
• Organize a yearly (or more often if needed) meeting with internal auditor at site level in order to share best practices and experiences feedback coming from either site level either global level.
• Prepare and lead external audit process (customer and notified body) on the site, in relationship with the all site managers who are concerned.
• Manage site audit KPI and prepare the regular audit report for Quality Committee.
• Prepare audit report for Process Review and Management review at site level.

Knowledge:

• Trained and qualified in automotive Quality standard: 

  o  IATF 16949, SI’s and associated AIAG and VDA Core Tools in force version

  o  VDA 6.3 in force version (qualification minimum, certification is a nice to have)

• Audit Technics according to ISO 19011
• Competence in Audit Management
• Customer Specific Requirements
• Master Quality tools (Problem Solving, CORE TOOLS, PDCA, etc….)
• Knowledge in PC software applications (e.g. O365, etc.)

Experience:

• Min. 5 years of experience in quality audit
• Knowledge of product and process to be audited
• Business experience (industry and/or automotive preferably) with experience in Quality or Manufacturing or Technical

Qualification:

• Master’s degree (quality or technical field)
• Lead auditor
• VDA 6.3 & IATF 16949 in force version training certificate
• Professional level in English mandatory
