How will your new challenge look like?

  • Playing a key role in onboarding and offboarding of team members

  • Processing new hires, leaves, employee status changes, and other employee events in Workday and other systems

  • Maintaining employee files and records to meet defined requirements

  • Acting as a first point of contact to team members in labor law related topics

  • Collaborating with local and global HR team to deliver high quality services that are compliant with global standards and meet business expectations

  • Continuously improve HR related processes via improvement projects

  • Supporting the payroll process and collaborating with external payroll service

  • Active contributing to HR process digitizing and innovations

  • Participating in global and local HR projects

Proces náboru

1. First, let us know about you To a CV sent in English we react within 14 days.

2. First introduction will be over the phone Our HR colleagues will introduce the company as well as the position during the interview and will want to get to know you too.

3. The next step is a virtual meeting with our managers Due to the international setup of 4flow and the interview participants, the meeting will be held online through MS Teams but in-person meeting can be arranged as well. During this round, we’ll introduce you the position in more detail and would also have some questions for you.

4. You’ll get an insight into the daily work You’ll get a chance to try one of the model scenarios, to get a better idea of the job itself and have a use of your English language skills.

5. You’ll meet with the company’s leaders All team members are important to us. Therefore during the final interview, you’ll have a chance to meet with one of our directors or Vice Presidents.

6. Ready to join the 4flow team? After each round, you’ll of course get feedback from our side and we’ll also like to know yours. And if there’ll be a fit on both sides, we’ll send you an offer and discuss with you all the necessary details.
