We are looking for a Technical Writer fluent in English and French to join our team. Your impact is to increase 360Learning’s user adoption by ensuring our knowledge base articles and external product documentation are consistent with our product releases.
As a liaison between our clients and our internal teams, your role is crucial to our success.
Within 1 month, you will:
Become a Trello expert through our onboarding processUnderstand our product offering through trainingMaster the basics of the platform and be able to answer common product questionsWithin 3 months, you will:
Manage the end-to-end documentation process for new feature launchesConvert existing internal material into external how-to articles and long-form guidesManage update requests from internal stakeholdersTranslate content from English to French and vice versaWithin 6 months, you will:
Audit and improve existing French translationsContribute content for our release newslettersWork closely with other team members to improve processesShow initiative in improving knowledge base content based on article metricsWithin 12 months, you will:
Own and lead tech writing initiativesThe Skills Set
