As a Product Designer at 360Learning, you will work embedded in a product squad while being a full member of the Product Design team under the governance of the Head of Product Design.
You will join the Content Creation squad, whose mission is to Empower any user to create high-quality and interactive content effortlessly, with AI support.
In this role, you will collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex product problems end-to-end. You will translate product vision, user insights, and technical constraints into intuitive, scalable, and consistent experiences. Beyond your squad, you will actively contribute to design excellence across the product by participating in shared standards, rituals, and continuous improvement of craft and quality.
This role is designed for a Confirmed Product Designer looking to deepen their impact on a complex B2B product.
Within one month, you will:
Onboard into your product squad, the Product Design team, and key cross-functional partnersUnderstand 360Learning’s product vision, Authoring strategy, and Convexity cultureGet familiar with our tools, design system, and product development processesStart contributing to your first design initiativesParticipate actively in design critiques and product ritualsWithin three months, you will:

Own significant parts of the Authoring experience with increasing autonomyLead design discussions and workshops with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholdersContribute to improving design and collaboration processes within your squadParticipate in transversal initiatives such as the design system, accessibility, or shared UX patternsDevelop a solid understanding of 360Learning’s business model, market, and product constraintsWithin twelve months, you will:
Be a strong reference designer on your scope while contributing to design excellence across the productHelp shape the long-term Authoring experience vision in close collaboration with your Product ManagerAdvocate for user-centered design and articulate its value and impact to non-design stakeholdersSupport and mentor more junior designers when relevantContinuously bring thoughtful improvements and innovation to the productThe Skill Set:
4+ years of experience as a Product Designer on digital products, ideally in B2B SaaSAbility to design complex workflows and systems while keeping experiences intuitive and usableProduct thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsExperience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a squad modelHigh proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototypingAbility to own a scope from discovery to delivery with growing autonomyStrong communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisionsWillingness to contribute to shared design standards and collective design excellenceFluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)Enthusiasm for our working environment explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity_360LWhat we offer:
