Our Product team comprises Group Product Managers and Product Managers. In the API Squad, the Product Manager works with 4 Software Engineers.
As a Collaborative Learning platform, the ability of 360Learning to be natively integrated with its ecosystem is strategic. We are delivering an ambitious roadmap to deliver the API playbook to increase large & enterprise clients' stickiness and deployment success.
We are recruiting a Product Manager with a strong technical background who will own the functional and technical scope of the API squad. The product manager needs to cover the fundamental knowledge of product management with an in-depth knowledge of API specific use cases.
Strategic goals we want to achieve in 2024:
- Having a best in class API library (complete, with the right limitations and security threshold, documented, sandbox accessible, SLAs)
- Our partners and customers can build new integrations thanks to our best-in-class API
- Our Large/enterprise clients connector deployments are successful, and we are recognized in our industry for being best-in-class
- Monitoring the usage of our APIs, and understand what integrations are working / not working
