🎯 Role Objective
Take ownership of driving Hush’s growth in the US, with the clear ambition to make it a widely adopted private chat app in the American market within 12 months.
Build and execute acquisition strategies across paid campaigns, partnerships, and community-driven activations, with a strong focus on safe, authentic, and private communication.
Be the growth engine behind Hush’s international expansion.
🚀 Key Missions
Lead Hush’s acquisition efforts in the US, with a clear objective: make it a go-to private chat app within 1 year.
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across major social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snapchat), DSPs, and ad networks to drive scalable user growth.
Build creative acquisition funnels with a strong focus on privacy and authenticity.
Experiment and iterate fast: A/B test creatives, analyze user journeys, and optimize conversion.
Develop influencer and partnership activations that resonate with US communities (universities, online groups, niche networks), including Gen Z audiences.
Stay connected to US cultural trends around messaging, privacy, and online communication.
We're looking for
🛠 Skills & Experience
3–5+ years experience in growth/acquisition on apps with international presence.
Strong track record in paid user acquisition and ROI-driven campaigns.
Knowledge of mobile growth ecosystem: attribution, ASO, retention metrics.
Data-driven, comfortable with analytics tools (Amplitude, Adjust, RevenueCat).
Experience running campaigns tailored to the US market.

Market-oriented: you know how to adapt strategies to resonate with US users (Gen Z and beyond).
Hands-on & entrepreneurial: you move fast, test constantly, and scale what works.
User-first: you care about building growth strategies that respect Hush’s values of privacy and authenticity.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
