Position Overview:

We're looking for a results-driven and people-focused International Sales Manager to lead our team of Account Executives across European markets (Italy, Spain and DACH region). You’ll oversee a high-performing sales team responsible for managing the entire sales cycle across our key markets, and you’ll take ownership of part of the Revenue target.

This is a full stack sales leadership role covering both new business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within international markets.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines operational excellence with coaching acumen and a passion for SaaS sales. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategy and execution, while championing a culture of performance, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

You will primarily target the Mid-market segment, while also serving the upper part of SMBs with sales-assisted support.

This position manages individual contributors and is based in Paris.

The role reports directly to Sara Godest, our VP Sales.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of full stack International Account Executives covering the Italian, Spanish, and DACH markets;
  • Manage performance targets across regions to ensure quota achievement through clear KPIs and regular performance reviews;
  • Own pipeline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and other sales tools to ensure transparency and focus;
  • Support on strategic deals with high-value customers or complex sales processes;
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to regional market dynamics in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Operations;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, feedback loops, and customer experience;
  • Ensure recruitment of best in class Account Executive to support the growth of the team, in collaboration with our talent acquisition team.


About You:

  • You have a minimum of 7+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years specifically managing sales teams in a leadership capacity (required);
  • You're a strong coach and leader who inspires and enables others to perform at their best;
  • You’ve sold in multiple European markets, ideally including at least two of the following: Italy, Spain, DACH.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian or Spanish or German or French (bonus if you speak more than one of those);
  • You’re highly organized and analytical, with strong forecasting and pipeline management skills;
  • You're a clear communicator with a consultative approach to sales;
  • You thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment, where ownership and adaptability are key;
  • You have a data-driven mindset, and you're comfortable using Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
