As Field Marketing Manager, your mission will be to bring our brand to life on the ground. You’ll design and execute local marketing activations that increase visibility, generate leads, and create meaningful experiences around our products.

You’ll be part of the Marketing team (5 people), reporting directly to Célia, our Head of Marketing.

This is a cross-functional role, and you’ll collaborate closely with the Sales, Ops, and Marketing teams — as well as with external partners and stakeholders.

Your Missions

🎪 Event Management

  • Design and implement field marketing plans aligned with our markets, sales goals, and brand strategy

  • Keep a close eye on the European event scene to identify opportunities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and local meetups

  • Manage logistics, tech needs, and relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners

  • Ensure all activations are aligned with our brand positioning and business objectives

📈 Lead Generation

  • Drive lead generation and account creation through creative field marketing initiatives

  • Launch co-marketing campaigns with partners: joint events, co-branded content, etc.

🤝 Collaboration with Sales

  • Work closely with Sales to optimize lead nurturing and conversion

  • Provide localized marketing content and sales enablement tools

  • Support key account relationships through tailored events, gifts, and special partnerships

  • Align efforts across teams for consistency in messaging and execution

📊 Performance Tracking

  • Track the impact of your field marketing actions using clear, data-driven metrics

  • Set and maintain ambitious OKRs, showing a direct link between your work and the company’s growth strategy

Preferované skúsenosti

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing or event management

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • You’re proactive, autonomous, and highly organized

  • Detail-oriented and a natural problem solver

  • Fluent in French & English (other European languages are a plus)

  • Master’s degree (business school or equivalent)
