We’re looking for a Product Management Intern or Apprentice to join our Core squad and help us deliver value to our users.

The Core squad builds and maintains the heart of our platform: the question types, AI features, integrations, and key features that enable millions of learners and teachers to collaborate and learn better together.

Responsibilities

As part of the Core squad, you’ll contribute to the product evolution while also helping the team strengthen its understanding of the market and the performance of our key features. Your work will impact how we design, build, and communicate new features at Wooclap.

Product Operations & Delivery

• Participate in competitive analysis and market monitoring to keep the squad aligned with EdTech trends.

• Contribute to the product marketing by documenting new features and by creating new product assets for internal and external stakeholders (videos, 1-pagers etc…)

• Track and analyze product usage to measure the impact of new releases.

• Help define the scope and specifications for new features and enhancements.

• Participate in user interviews and workshops with users and Wooclap employees.

• Support Anne-Laure (PM) in preparing and following up on product tasks: writing tickets, testing features, and ensuring smooth delivery.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead your own product initiatives, such as:

• Improving existing question types by refining their behavior and expanding their pedagogical scope.

• Enhancing our internal “administrator tool” experience (collecting feedback, defining next steps, work in close collaboration with a developer to build new features on the tool).

• Help create internal product marketing resources to communicate new features.

• You are currently a M2 student in business, engineering, or digital studies with an interest in Product Management.

• Curious and autonomous, you enjoy solving problems and understanding how users interact with digital tools.

• Comfortable collaborating in a technical and product-driven environment.

• Proficient in both English and French (we are an English-first company).

• Interest in education, learning innovation, or AI is a big plus.

• Previous experience in a startup and/or product development is a plus!

• Bonus: you have an eye for UX/UI or basic familiarity with Figma, Linear and Notion.
