Mission

As the leader of a team of 8 people (BizOps Managers and BI analysts), you will infuse every department—Delivery, HR, Support, and Finance—with processes, data, and tools, while also playing a cross-functional role in Vizzia’s scale-up (AI enablement, documentation, operational excellence, etc.).

What you’ll do

• Leadership and people management: recruit, train, and lead a team of 8 people. Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution.

• Ownership of our tools and data stack: CRM, ERP, BI tools, and more.

• Reactive BizOps: deliver projects identified as critical by Heads of and VPs.

• Proactive BizOps: identify bottlenecks to growth and customer satisfaction, and lead projects to address them.

• Strategic projects: act as an individual contributor on high-impact strategic topics, and support the COO in challenging the executive team on the company’s macro-level steering.

Your Profile

Must-haves

• Graduate of a top business or engineering school.

• 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Ops, Data / BI, consulting, or strategic project management.

• Proven experience managing teams (hiring, structuring, coaching).

• Excellent command of SaaS tools and a strong data-driven mindset.

• Ability to structure complex projects and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong strategic vision and business acumen.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a SaaS scale-up or high-growth environment.

• Data governance and BI expertise (Looker, Power BI, Snowflake, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of SQL, automation, or no-code tools.

• Experience rolling out or restructuring an ERP and/or CRM.
