Within the central support team of VWT- Hydrex Chemical Solutions activity, you will assist  the Marketing manager in the management of the content and tools related to our offers: from the creation, the formatting or the regular update to the promotion and sharing of these contents to the internal community of our partners BUs and to the performance monitoring of our initiatives. 

Your main missions will be: 

• to produce reference lists and case studies, update/ format the existing ones when needed (key tools for our sales teams) 
• to organize / file these case studies & references in our global database system (via Google Sheet + Awesome tables) and in the Google Drive feeding this system, and to optimize this database and the drive organization 
• to produce / update or format the other contents related to our activity: web pages / landing pages contents, Google Slide presentations, KPI reports, digital content for marketing campaigns ( SoMe posts, video modules, key figures visuals) 
• to coordinate the regular supply of these Hydrex various contents (case studies, flyers, slides, brochures) in the VWT digital sales catalog Showpad
• to support  the animation and the regular update of the Hydrex community intranet site (via the group’s Google Lumapps tool) including our digital content library. 
• to manage the user groups system of our community (Google groups) 
• to manage potential additional missions linked to the ones mentioned above, according to your skills (Google analytics, graphic creations, contribution to internal events / webinars, Oneshot internal newsletter, etc.)

Duration of apprenticeship : 12 months (possibility of additional 12 months)

The candidate is free to choose the school.

Remuneration (information only) : between 683€ and 1747 € depending on the level of diploma.

To join our team, we are looking for a person:

→ in Level Master 2 (or 1 depending on the maturity of the candidate) in marketing & communication, business school or equivalent with specialization in content management, marcom project manager assistance.

→ with a high interest in webmastering (site population, content management systems, back office), in digital tools (marketing automation, Hubspot, smart sheet, digital sales tools), in creation softwares (eg. Canva or Pichy)

• Bilingual or very good level in written and spoken English as it is our working langage 
• Used to work with and mastering Google Suite, because we work in this environment only
• Expertise with Google Sheet and Google Slides would be really a plus 
• Motivated, rigorous and organized person 
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, to interact with multiple interlocutors in French and English, always respecting reporting and validation workflows
• Curiosity for technical topics in customer-driven projects 
• High written and spoken communication skills
