Veesion is experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

As the Right-Hand to the CRO, your mission is to drive the strategic and operational execution of our revenue goals across global markets. You’ll work closely with both the EMEA and US CROs, supporting initiatives across sales, marketing, and product teams.

Missions

Strategic Support & Execution

  • Act as a sparring partner to both CROs, supporting decision-making and follow-up on key priorities.

  • Help implement and scale a field sales model in NYC and Paris, and analyze its performance vs. our proven remote sales approach.

Sales Operations & Performance Analysis

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (via Salesforce and Metabase) to monitor KPIs, pipeline velocity, and deal quality.

  • Provide ad hoc insights and in-depth analysis to guide CRO initiatives and board-level decisions.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Serve as the point of contact between Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth rollout of new features, with appropriate messaging and timing.

  • Support the go-to-market strategy for product launches and commercial updates.

Process Optimization

  • Identify friction points across the sales funnel and help streamline processes to improve conversion, productivity, and collaboration.

Preferované skúsenosti

  • First experience in Sales Operations or a related field within a B2B SaaS or AI company.

  • Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Aircall, Modjo, Zapier and Chilipiper (or similar sales tools) is a plus

  • Understanding of data enrichment, automation workflows, and sales enablement.

  • Ability to collaborate with international sales teams and scale processes in fast-growing environments.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a nice to have.
