Popis pracovnej ponuky

Your core activities will be in customer and sales support, including:

- Increase order volume through sales of Therapanacea´s portfolio

- Develop and manage accounts from lead generation to closing

- Participation in pre-sales activities like congresses and product demonstrations

- Organize and follow up on the installation steps like acceptance test and training

- Make sure each installation results in a high customer satisfaction

- Readiness to travel up to 35% of the time mainly within DACH + EMEA

- Support clinical trials and studies related to our products, as needed

- Support tender responses

- Conduct field product demonstrations

- Support all kinds of sales and marketing activities and generate new leads

- Home-office based, part of the onboarding and training will be at the HQ in Paris


Preferované skúsenosti

Your profile:

- Bachelor or Master´s degree in either medical physics or engineering

- Experience as a medical physicist in radiation therapy or similar,

- Alternatively minimum of 5 years sales experience in radiation therapy

- Strong capabilities in analysis and organization ability in time management

- Excellent oral and written presentation skills, both in German and English

- Customer and result orientation

- Strong ability to self-teaching and eagerness to learn

- Excellent team working spirit, ability to work in a cross-functional environment

- Solid understanding of the radio therapy workflow

- Strong listening skills

- Capability to work effectively from home office


Náborový proces

Our process goes fast, we can typically go through the whole process in 4 weeks:

  • 30-45min video-call with our Sales Director- To understand your background and motivations, and reply to your questions

  • 30 min HR interview - to check the fit to the Therapanacea culture

  • 45-60min video call with possible case study presentation exercise 15 min - You will have some time to prepare it at home

    followed by questions/answers session and interview with Chief of Operations, Sales Director - To have a deeper discussion
