Your missions

• Develop long-term strategic plans to optimize operational processes.
• Support business operations in their daily tasks by solving issues related to the performance of operation.
• Lead major operational projects per year as a Project Manager.
• Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor the bank’s operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with System Analyst to ensure alignment.
• Gather information by observing workflows, read company reports and conducting employee interviews (deep-dive), and performing operation in pair.
• Measure product usage, feature adoptions and resource allocated to operations.
• Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data.
• Being responsible of coordination with potential external partner to evaluate their products.

• You have strong analytical skills and knowledge in operations and project management.
• You are recognized for your communication skills: you will need to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally and you will interact with banking professional, engineers and analysts on a daily basis.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
