You will be a part of the People team and report to Amélie, our Talent Acquisition Manager. The People team is a key pillar to Swan’s success, and includes HR, Recruitment, and Office Management. Your role will be to facilitate Swan’s growth in Europe and optimize the candidate experience.

✨ Your mission:

• Recruit the best talents: You will implement a sourcing strategy to support our recruitment needs. You will actively source the right candidates, evaluate candidates during the screening interview, and submit a relevant shortlist to the hiring managers.

• Ensure the best possible candidate experience at each recruitment stage: you will organize the interviews, exchange with the candidates after the interviews, and debrief with the hiring managers and the interviewers.

• Partner with our hiring managers: You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tactics to attract top talent (brief, follow-up, feedback).

• Work on HR projects: Employer brand, HR Admin, etc.

✨ You’re a great match if:

• You are a student in a Master’s degree program (business school, HR, etc.) and are looking for a 5-6 month internship in Paris.

• Experience: You have prior experience in recruitment or HR.

• Start-up mode: You enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven, and team-oriented environment.

• You are proactive, rigorous, eager to provide solutions, and willing to roll up your sleeves.
