We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Freelancer to complete our team. The scope would be mainly focussed on hiring for our operations department or other non-technical roles. This is a full time-mission for a duration of ca. 6 months.

✨  Your mission

🎯 End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles mainly (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Support, Fincrime)

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with FinTech and compliance backgrounds

  • Conduct thorough screening interviews and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers

  • Manage the recruitment process through to offer acceptance

✨ Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey at every touchpoint

  • Coordinate interviews efficiently and maintain timely communication

  • Effectively convey Swan’s story, vision, and culture to candidates

  • Maintain post-interview engagement and provide clear, transparent feedback

🔍 Strategic Sourcing

  • Design creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, FinTech networks, employee referrals)

  • Leverage your FinTech network to identify passive candidates with relevant regulatory and compliance experience

  • Build talent pipelines for specialized Operations roles requiring financial services expertise

  • Partner with recruitment agencies specializing in FinTech and compliance when needed

🤝 Stakeholder Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics

  • Work with HRBPs and department leads to align on recruitment priorities

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights specific to FinTech talent landscape

📊 Data-Driven Recruitment

  • Track and monitor key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, acceptance rates)

  • Use data to optimize the recruitment process and improve efficiency

  • Maintain accurate records in our ATS

You’re a great match if:

  • You have 2-4 years of recruitment experience specifically in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services

  • You understand the FinTech ecosystem and regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, Transaction Monitoring, Compliance)

  • You have an established network of candidates in Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Fincrime roles

  • Autonomous & hands-on: You can get up to speed quickly and take ownership of your workload independently

  • Adaptable: You thrive in dynamic environments and can quickly adjust priorities

  • Detail-oriented: You’re organized, process-driven, and track your metrics

  • Strong communicator: You build rapport easily with candidates and stakeholders alike

  • Results-focused: You’re driven by tangible outcomes and take ownership of your results

  • Language Requirements: Fluent in English and French
