In 2024, Swan anticipates significant revenue growth, primarily driven by the expansion of existing partners. The optimization of our end-user funnel, specifically focusing on Onboarding & Usage, is crucial. The data team will collaborate closely with different teams (Technical Account Manager, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers) to provide insights and recommendations to partners on workflow optimization. Additionally, collaboration with the Product team is essential for recommending optimizations to our product.

✨ Your mission

As a Product Data Analyst at Swan, your mission is to be a product expert within the data team, focusing on Swan’s product and use cases. You will conduct in-depth analyses of product complexities, analyze usage patterns, and provide actionable insights to the Product team to help define the roadmap.

✨ Main Tasks:

• Collaborate closely with the Product team and Account Managers to identify optimization areas that directly impact the growth of our clients.

• Write actionable insights and recommendations, presenting findings to key stakeholders (top management, clients, Account Executives, Product Managers).

• Build reusable data marts and dashboards.

• Perform deep dive analysis of each part of our users’ funnel, delivering actionable insights and recommendations that directly impact Swan’s client growth.

• Gain adoption and buy-in from Product Managers to implement changes, monitoring project progress and its impact.

• Communicate findings and results to key stakeholders.

• Actively participate in day-to-day data operations, including generating and maintaining weekly/monthly reports, identifying and addressing data quality issues, answering ad-hoc questions, and prioritizing data requests.

Reporting to Romain, our VP of Data, you will join our new Data team, which includes Antoine, our Data Engineer, Yujun, our Data Analyst, and Alexandre, our Data Analytics Engineer.

✨ You’re a great match if:

• Minimum of 4/5 years of experience in Product Analytics, with a preference for prior involvement in the fintech industry and/or B2B SaaS environments.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools.

• Preferably, experience in working with Airflow and DBT.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and engage with stakeholders.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
