We’re looking for an International Project Intern to join our Go-to-Market department and support our Head of International. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in international expansion projects and strategic go-to-market initiatives in a fast-growing scale-up.
✨ Your mission
You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and project management, helping us launch new countries, monitor performance, and define the best way to scale Swan internationally.
✨ Main tasks
As an International Project Intern, your main missions will be:
Project Management on country launches and ongoing operations
Support the planning and coordination of market entry initiatives and ensure smooth execution of local projects.
Strategic study to define and implement Go-to-Market strategies
Contribute to strategic analyses to define and implement market entry strategies and support positioning choices in different geographies.
Performance structuring & monitoring
Help design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and processes to track the performance of each country and identify opportunities for improvement.

You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree, and are looking for a 6 months internship from January or February 2026
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have excellent organizational and project management abilities
You are curious, proactive, and comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
