Staycation was born from this realization, with one goal: to make hotels the new go-to city spots, just like the classic trio of cinema, exhibitions, and restaurants.

✹ The Role

We're looking for a Brand Project Manager to bring Staycation’s brand platform to life through consistent, inspiring, and impactful work across all touchpoints. You’ll drive content production and manage 360° brand and communication projects, ensuring they are well-planned, beautifully executed, and aligned with our creative ambition.

You’ll report to the Brand Lead and collaborate closely with the CMO/Cofounder, Social Media Manager, and Creative team, while coordinating with external partners like agencies, freelancers, and creators.

📍 Key Responsibilities

  • Evergreen Content Production

    • Build and maintain a clear content calendar aligned with brand priorities and user needs.

    • Brief and coordinate internal teams and external partners (content creators, agencies, influencers
) to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery.

    • Monitor content performance through defined KPIs.

  • Brand Campaigns & Special Projects

    • Manage 360° brand and communication projects (campaigns, activations, events, partnerships
) from strategic ideation to delivery.

    • Identify and manage the right production partners to bring ideas to life on time and within budget.

  • Brand & Creative Operations

    • Ensure brand consistency across all outputs and channels.

    • Stay on top of industry trends and inject creative energy into all projects.

    • Uphold production workflows and continuously improve our creative process.

📌 Key Results

In your first 3 months, you’ll have:

  • Taken ownership of editorial and content production calendar and delivery of content assets

  • Taken full ownership of day-to-day production partner management

  • Identified the tools & processes needed to optimize content delivery

In your first 12 months, you’ll have:

  • Successfully delivered brand campaigns or activations from brief to post-mortem,

  • Anticipated content needs and set up efficient processes to improve evergreen content production.

  • Built a reliable network of external partners consistently delivering quality aligned with our standards.

🎯 You’re the Ideal Fit If You Have:

Must-Haves

  • Bac+5 in Marketing or Communications.

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand project management, creative production, and/or content production—either at an agency or for a digital-native/lifestyle brand.

  • Proficiency in managing campaign, content and production budgets ; ability to assess and select production solutions based on needs.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement drivers.

  • Solid knowledge of brand fundamentals and creative processes.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; high sense of initiative and ownership

  • Creative sensibility and attention to detail.

  • Native French speaker & fluent in English.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with influencers and content creators.

  • CRM expertise
