    Job description

    Our Head of HR will be one of the company’s main strategic profiles by representing the people department.  You will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining brilliant people.


    • Define, write and act as the guardian of our core values

    • Preserve our strong culture across countries and offices with flexible remote policy challenges

    • Ensure our culture and ways of working are embedded in HR key processes and initiatives

    • Participate in the organization of Offsite events

    Talent Acquisition

    • Define and implement a recruitment process supported by metrics

    • Build a strong employer brand

    • Support each Region and Department leader with the appropriate sourcing strategy: external (RPO, head hunter…) versus internal (TAM) 

    • Support Managers when preparing compensation packages (e.g., salary benchmarks, bonus)

    People Ops

    • Support our leaders in building a strong talent development and retention strategy by overseeing career development, promotion, and training

    • Manage the feedback / evaluation process (incl compensation review) and review evaluations with leaders

    • Review the structure of our overall compensation and benefits strategy 

    • Improve and manage the onboarding and offboarding processes

    HR team

    • Recruit and manage Spinergie’s HR team

    • Ensure compliance for all administrative topics in each country (payroll, legal, contracts, benefits, remote policies…)

    • Manage external partners and solutions (Head Hunter, RPO, Payroll software, ATS, Jobboards…)

    Preferred experience

    • 5+ years of experience in a people-focused role, preferably an international high-growth SaaS start-up

    • Experience in building, hiring, and training HR and TAM teams

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

    • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in French and English 

    • A reliable and accountable personality
