    Job description

    Plac├ę au d├ębut du cycle de vente, le Business Developer (BDR) a pour mission principale de cr├ęer un premier point de contact et dÔÇÖengagement aupr├Ęs de prospects d'├ęquipes financi├Ęres. Tu g├ęn├Ęres des leads qualifi├ęs pour alimenter le pipeline des Account Executives. Tu t'adresses principalement aux comptables, CFO et DAF sur le march├ę fran├žais des SMB de 20 ├á 250 employ├ęs.

    Ce r├┤le de BDR est une parfaite occasion dÔÇÖavoir un impact tangible sur le business et de te positionner pour d'excellentes opportunit├ęs dÔÇÖ├ęvolution au sein de lÔÇÖ├ęquipe Sales.

    Tes Missions:

  • Tu seras uniquement sur une strat├ęgie outbond et tes missions seront les suivantes:
  • Prospection:┬áR├ęaliser des campagnes de prospection outbond (cold-calls, emails, vid├ęo-mails, social selling, ├ęv├Ęnements etc..) afin de cr├ęer un premier point de contact avec le prospect et obtenir un rendez-vous.
  • Qualification:┬áQualifier et comprendre les besoins du prospect afin de pouvoir l'orienter de mani├Ęre consultative vers la solution Spendesk si celle-ci est adapt├ęe.
  • Collaboration:┬áTransf├ęrer les informations du prospect aux Account Executives afin de leur permettre de signer de nouveaux clients
  • CRM:┬áMonitorer ta performance via des metrics d'activit├ęs issus de nos CRM (Salesforce, Salesloft).
  • Feedback:┬áFaire des feedbacks au quotidien pour continuer ├á faire grandir lÔÇÖ├ęquipe Sales.
  • Profil Recherch├ę:

  • Tu as une tr├Ęs bonne communication orale et ├ęcrite pour ├ęchanger avec des C-Level en Finance.
  • Tu es ambitieux, tenace et tu nÔÇÖas quÔÇÖune envie: d├ępasser tes objectifs
  • Tu aimes et consid├Ęres le cold-call comme le meilleur moyen de contacter tes prospects
  • Tu es team player dans l'├óme et pr├¬t ├á prendre des risques pour ton ├ęquipe
  • Tu parles parfaitement fran├žais et lÔÇÖanglais est un plus
  • Bonus : tu as d├ęj├á une premi├Ęre exp├ęrience Sales et en tant que SDR/BDR
