“BFT” – Breakfast For Thought every Wednesday morning: an all-hands meeting accompanied by breakfast, sharing the week’s business updates and news.

“AFT” – Apéro For Thought one Wednesday evening per month: a presentation by the steering committee on the past month, followed by a social drink at the office.

Friday Power Hour: a one-hour training session, run by employees for employees.
