Our Value Creation team, composed of 4 people full-time and 10 Senior Operating Partners part-time, works closely with the leadership teams of our portfolio companies to accelerate their development, particularly through the adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence.

In this context, we are looking for an intern to support us on a mission focused on technology watch, AI maturity assessment, tool and solutions experiments, training and implementation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the current deployment of Digital and AI tools at Seven2: Drive PMO execution and issue resolution to maintain momentum on adoption, prepare steering materials, enable timely decisions, explore automation or user augmentation opportunities.

• Explore and test a variety of AI tools, and provide a clear and actionable synthesis focused on direct operational value for portfolio companies and Seven2, data security, etc.

• Support cross portfolio communities and events: Manage logistics and content for functional communities (AI/Tech, IT, GTM…) connecting portfolio company operations leaders. Handle agendas, speakers, materials, and follow‑ups for learning sessions and short expeditions.

• Support the drafting and review of our annual consolidated report on AI deployment within the portfolio, to be published.

• Student in the second half of a gap year or in final year of studies

• Strong interest in AI, corporate strategy, and innovation

• Strong interest in technology, UX topics, and experimentation

• Rigorous, autonomous, and demanding

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

• A first professional experience in consulting or tech.
