We are a private equity firm supporting high-potential growth companies.
Our Value Creation team, composed of 4 people, works closely with the leadership teams of our portfolio companies to accelerate their development, particularly by helping them address strategic priorities such as sustainability.

In this context, we are looking for an intern to support us on a mission focused on sustainability analysis, monitoring, and initiative structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual ESG data collection campaign from portfolio companies

• Participate in portfolio company monitoring, including meetings preparation

• Work closely with portfolio companies to improve their impact and ESG performance

• Contribute to answering LPs’ ESG questionnaires

• Assist in preparing Seven2’s regulatory reporting requirements (SFDR, PAI, LEC29)

Note: As part of the broader value creation team, you may occasionally assist with other projects in areas such as pricing, purchasing, or AI.

• Education: Master’s student at a top-tier European business or engineering school

• Strong analytical, project management, and presentation abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Languages: Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English

• Personal Qualities: Autonomy, proactiveness, and strong motivation for sustainability and private equity

• Experience: Minimum 6 months in Strategy Consulting, CSR, or ESG function

You will first meet with the Associate Value Creation - Sustainability, and with the Chief Sustainability Officer during a second interview.
