Job description

We are looking for a Operations B2B Assistant to develop B2B after-sales. You will join the adventure from the beginning and you will contribute to the growth of the company in Europe. You will work in a multicultural company & offices (job based in the city center of Paris).

As an Operations B2B Associate, you will work on our French market including all divisions from hotel, to co-working and companies, in direct contact with the co-founder. It includes:

  • Customer Support : You will be in charge of the after sales regarding our B2B customers: purchase, organizing deliveries from offices or warehouse, organizing meeting to set-up machines with customers, making sure tracking all is good, organize recurring orders and cleaning meeting. You will also help the customer on the after-sales to make sure to keep a 100% satisfaction rate on Sensaterra.

  • Logistics : prepare the packages to be sent to client, coordinate the pick up of the packages, assist clients with potential logistic related topics, set-up machines by customers, organize cleaning at customer location. 20/30% of the job is on the field.

  • Process optimization : you will help developing the Operations department: find the right tools, create the right process, optimize these process, create a good collaboration with other departments.

  • Right Hand of the Operation manager Europe: You will work directly with the Operation Manager Europe on several tasks: customer support, product development, account management and purchase: gather information, find best solution and spread to other teams.

Required profile

  • You are fond of challenges; you are proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth

  • You are a POSITIVE person: there is no problem, only solution!

  • You already have sales or customer support experience (or feel you can do it!)
    And you love to be on the fileds, “get your hands dirty”, discuss in face to face with customers…

  • You enjoy human relations. You are dynamic and have the smile 😊

  • You speak French. Speaking Italian and German is a BIG +

  • You are good at speaking in English

  • You are passionate or just very curious about the hot beverages market
