Riot

Riot is structured around 6 tech teams: 2 transversal (Platform, Frontend) and product teams: Awareness, Simulation, Sonnar, Inbox. These teams evolve continuously as we expand our offering.

We work around 3 core principles: Curiosity, Ownership, and Enthusiasm. These values transcend the way we work and how we collaborate.

Engineers are deeply product-oriented. They don’t just ship code, they are creative thinkers who shape the Riot of tomorrow. From early discovery to delivery, they challenge specs, propose smarter solutions, and think critically about impact and value. That's why, at first, we had no PMs.

As we scale, we are building a structure where each product team includes a Product Manager, a Designer, an Engineering Manager, and Software Engineers. Each team can be seen as a startup within the scale-up.

As a product-led company, innovation drives everything we do. Every quarter, we host Keynotes to unveil our latest innovations to employees, clients, and prospects.

Louis is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Riot.
Prior to founding Riot, Louis co-founded Zenaton, where he also served as CTO, focusing on workflow automation for developers.

Rencontrez Linda, Développeuse Back-End - Riot

Rencontrez Linda, Développeuse Back-End

Linda is a Back-End Developer at Riot.
Before joining Riot, she gained over three years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer at TOTEM, where she worked on diverse projects, including web and mobile applications and client management logistics tools.

Sales team

Riot

The Riot Sales team drives growth by addressing cybersecurity challenges across diverse markets. It is divided into two key segments:

  • Enterprise Sales Team: Focused on organizations with over 2,500 employees, the team competes with major players like Proofpoint and KnowBe4, targeting an average deal size of €60k through new acquisitions and upselling. Notable clients include Veolia, L’Occitane, and Leroy Merlin.

  • French Mid-Market Team: The first market launched at Riot, this team serves companies with 10 to 2,500 employees. With a seasoned methodology, they secure deals averaging €10k/year in 35 days. Key clients include Blablacar, Deezer, and Electra.

Both teams are supported by structured leadership, including a VP of Sales, Heads of Sales, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives working collaboratively to drive Riot’s expansion and establish leadership in cybersecurity solutions.

Alexandra has quickly advanced at Riot, where she now holds the position of Team Lead Manager. She has a strong background in account management and business development from companies like EasyMovie and Wavestone.

Customer Success team

Riot

At Riot, the objective of the CS team is to make sure our customers are satisfied with our platform (ie. reaching their goals), extend their usage and make them become our best ambassadors.

We’re driving this through 3 main missions: Support, Onboarding and Expansion. Our CSMs are therefore responsible for the whole customer journey, from early usage of the platform to larger and deeper adoption of our product.

In Support, we’re guiding our users through settings questions or incidents they may encounter. In Onboarding, we’re setting up customer’s platform to provide value as fast as possible. In Expansion, we’re supporting our customers through their evolving needs and making sure they’re taking the most of all Riot modules, while keeping a strong focus on retention.

At the end of 2024, we’re managing 1500+ customers, from diverse industries and company sizes.

Elie is the Head of Customer Success, he has over six years of experience in building and scaling teams. At Riot, he ensures clients are equipped to tackle cybersecurity challenges using an all-in-one platform. Prior to this, he held senior customer success roles at Spendesk, driving exceptional client outcomes across EMEA.
