Lucie specializes in digital marketing. At Quadient, she truly appreciates the relationships between colleagues in the company. Jordan was aware of Quadient for several years before he joined the company in 2019. Now he works in after-sales service and deals with new tasks concerning customer solutions every day. Arti manages multiple teams within Inside sales and has already 13 years of experience at Quadient. The most interesting part of her job is coaching, developing, presenting, meeting new people and networking. She enjoys the most the people and the family feel at Quadient. Adam has been with the company over 26 years. His main responsibilities are leading transformation projects and overseeing the integrated management systems which include: Information Security, Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental. Adam enjoys the variability of his work, particularly around transformation projects and values the relationships he builds with many different people across the global business. A keen fitness enthusiast, he has been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 11 years and competes at national level. He is the head youth instructor at Odyssey BJJ and has over 100 students across 4 clubs.
Laura started at Quadient as a temporary agent in 2011 and in just a few years she has progressed into her new role as an Inside Sales Manager. She finds that there are many growth opportunities for everyone at Quadient. Laura currently manages two teams: Mail and Communications and the Acquisitions Team. She also highlights that the company is very supportive to personal career development and enables this by offering many learning platforms such as Linkedin Learning. Last but not least the company loves to keep their staff engaged by having regular monthly, quarterly and annually incentives.
Lukáš aka “Malič” has been working at Quadient since April 2006. He started as a Software Tester, and, since 2017, he holds the position of a Team Leader. His team is involved in the development of Advantage SDK, a software package containing libraries and plugins. The libraries include methods and functions that facilitate the implementation of services offered by Quadient Cloud and the on-premise software. They also provide models that simplify the process of creating new apps for displaying documents made in Inspire Designer or in the cloud. In addition to the professional approach of his colleagues, the thing he values the most is the way the company invests in the growth and training of its employees and the social events which share and reinforce the company spirit. Lukáš also truly enjoys diversity and effective communication when coming up with various solutions.
Jana joined Quadient as an IT student without any previous experience. She acknowledges the opportunity for career growth at Quadient. Jana likes people who can stick together in developing quality software and who are willing to share their knowledge and help you out at any time. Thanks to flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home, Jana can freely organize her work and leisure time. She appreciates that there’s no clear boundary between her work and personal life since the company organizes out-of-work events for the families of the employees.
Dominik has been working at Quadient as a developer for almost three and a half years. Thanks to the support of his superiors, he managed to combine his work with finishing both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering. His task is to come up with solutions to various problems and help in their implementation. Dominik participates in the test automation and launching of applications.
