Your mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at OCUS. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating & closing new leads
Drive top of the funnel opportunities across regions
research and Identify potential leads and assess the fit with our target market
generating new business pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting
creating personalized and impactful messaging, leveraging ABM leads campaigns
running discovery calls to identify pain points and collect BANT information
qualifying leads with impactful demos and collect Meddpicc information
running pilots in collaboration with internal teams (production or product/tech)
Negotiate and close deals across regions
leading business terms negotiations
closing deals by following contract validation process, working closely with Finance to review MSA and SOW
Properly track all activities: using Hubspot and ensuring data accuracy
Work as a strategic and operational partner: passing over qualified leads to KAMs and sharing the customer’s voice with the product & marketing teams.
