Your mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at OCUS. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating & closing new leads

  • Drive top of the funnel opportunities across regions

    • research and Identify potential leads and assess the fit with our target market

    • generating new business pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting

    • creating personalized and impactful messaging, leveraging ABM leads campaigns

    • running discovery calls to identify pain points and collect BANT information

    • qualifying leads with impactful demos and collect Meddpicc information

    • running pilots in collaboration with internal teams (production or product/tech)

  • Negotiate and close deals across regions

    • leading business terms negotiations

    • closing deals by following contract validation process, working closely with Finance to review MSA and SOW

  • Properly track all activities: using Hubspot and ensuring data accuracy

  • Work as a strategic and operational partner: passing over qualified leads to KAMs and sharing the customer’s voice with the product & marketing teams.
