Join our team as a Sales & Retention Missions Operation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of approximately 10 to 15 B2C and/or B2B clients, running sales-driven outbound call missions. You will onboard clients, manage client relations, manage agent relations, and own a profitable P&L on sales outbound calls. The ideal candidate is a native French speaker, passionate about outbound calls and sales, and has a good knowledge of data management and interpretation.

Responsible for a batch (group) of approx 10 to 15 B2C and/or B2B clients, we are running sales-driven outbound calls missions for, such as (non-exhaustive list):
B2B meeting booking “SDR as a service”
B2B qualification call “Inside sales as a service”
B2B onboarding call “CSM as a service”
B2B cash recovery
B2C technical churn recovery “Charge Errors”
B2C natural churn prevention “Subscription reactivation”
B2C abandoned cart recovery
B2C welcome / feedbacks calls / upselling
Missions
Onboard clients: run 5 to 10 hours of test calls to validate KPIs (answer rate, conversion rate…), build associated academy and knowledge base (pitch scription, objection playbook, targeted personas, Unique Selling Proposals and challenges… )
Manage clients relation: you will jump on weekly meetings to share feedback, best practices and actions to increase performance while reaching Key Success Factors (mainly cost per conversion)
Manage agents relation: you will manage the staffing, recruitment needs, quality and productivity of the batch (training, first shifts shadowing sessions, quality reviews, variable bonus management…)
Own a profitable P&L on the sales outbound calls: you will be responsible for the overall P&L of this new revenue stream and also the upsell/cross-sell part.
Native French speaker (english speakers much appreciated)
Outbound calls and sales passionate
Ability to work independently, you’re a problem solver and like to build processes from scratch
Good knowledge of data management and interpretation
