This is a DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY especially for inquisitive candidates who are interested in developing themselves and gradually taking on new responsibilities. After thorough training, you will take full responsibility for leading the brand management for the Paediatrics area.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON:

• Develop and execute the CZ&SK business strategy for the cathegory of special children's nutrition (allergies, etc.)

• Ensure proper marketing strategy execution within the CZ/SK MN field force.

• Close cooperation with the sales team

• Market analysis, sales forecast, planning

• Launch of new products

• Participation in professional seminars, congresses

• Develop clear communication and tools to support brand sales.

• Responsibility for brand P&L, managing brand A&P spend

• Accountability for achieving brand targets

• Office: Nestlé Health Science, office Průhonice

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU have these skills and experience:

• University education

• Experience on similar/ Brand Manager Junior position in pharma business with complex responsibility (FSMP, Rx) – 2 years of relevant experience

• Interest in the area of medical nutrition and further development

• Proven independent analytical and strategic thinking

• Presentation skills and meeting management with SR

• Ability to find common ground and overcome obstacles, influencing skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handling multiple projects

• Creative and inovative person with priority setting abilities

• Pro-active approach with drive, delivering tasks in full and on time

• Excellent communication skills and ability tu persuade

• Very good command of English, both spoken & written

• Driver's license is an advantage
