As a Support Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable experience on our platform. You’ll work closely with our support team to troubleshoot issues, provide technical assistance, and contribute to maintaining the reliability of our systems ☄️

• Collaborate with the support team to address user inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively 🤝

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving frontend and backend issues related to Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL💡

• Learn about and contribute to our codebase under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Participate in ongoing learning and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Strong proficiency in English communication

• Basic understanding of frontend and backend development concepts.

• Familiarity with technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases 📊
