The Opportunity
As our Global TA Operations Manager, you will step into a complex, high-visibility role with a truly global scope. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will be the architect of our recruitment "factory," ensuring that our operations in our global hubs are synchronized, scalable, and cutting-edge.
You will bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational reality. While our transformation team drives the high-level tech roadmap, you will be the champion of adoption and usage, ensuring your team leverages AI and automation to its fullest potential to meet demanding business KPIs.
