GENERAL DESCRIPTION:    Responsibility of assigned region to increase the sales, develop skills of distributors sales teams, enhance product mix and develop workshop concepts business
REPORTING TO: Sales Director Automotive of Motul Turkey
RESPONSIBILITIES IN DETAIL:
·       Visiting distributors’ existing and potential new customers
·       Support Motul Regional Manager and distributors to reach annual sell-out targets within the assigned region
·       Support Motul distributors’ sales force during customer visits and increase their sales skills and product knowledge
·       Increase penetration of Motul’s strategic product lines
·       Visits to Motul’s workshop concepts (GC, ME, MPS) and ensuring achievement of their quantitative targets (sales, product mix) and qualitative targets (technical/product knowledge, brand communication and merchandising)
·       Support Motul Marketing Team and Technical Manager for implementation of workshop branding, marketing activities and technical trainings
·       Participate and support distributors’ regional events (sponsorships, road show, festivals, etc.)
·       Monitor and report market field activities, and customer insights, market trends

Profile of the Employee

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
·     University degree or comparable qualification
·     Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive aftermarket (business experience with workshops is a plus)
·     Language skills: Intermediate level of English
·     Good level of MS office skills (excel, word, power point)

 

PERSONAL SKILLS
·     No travel limitations. Driving License B is a must
·     Commercial and business awareness
·     An analytical approach to work
·     Problem-solving skills and initiative
·     Good time management skills, the ability to priorities and handles stress well
·     The capacity to make quick but rational decisions
·     Self-motivated, convincing and strong personality
·     No military obligation for male candidates.
