Madbox is looking for a passionate, experienced Head of People willing to make Madbox’ People practice among the best in the ecosystem.
Based in Paris, you will report into our CEO to lead and develop our People function for our team of 70+ people : from shaping & improving current HR programs to having the full ownership on creating new processes that can support Madbox growth and unique culture.

Run best in class people experienceEnsure continuity between the hiring process and employee experience from top-class onboarding to engagement measures through our “Weather Survey”Improve sustainable people programs and processes (”Performance Checkpoints”, salary reviews, “Levelling framework”) and create additional ones you believe will help Madbox reach its goalsMake sure our team members are growing along Madbox and its culture : career tracks, training programs, strengthen and monitor our culture of feedback around our value “Be Thoughtfully Candid”Ensure our culture remains consistent and embodied by every Madboxers across our Barcelona & Paris offices by creating and supporting HR initiativesSupport our leadership team at all levels of responsibility to create strong relationships with them : you are the main contact for HR challengesManage our Workplace team in both offices, to ensure Madboxer are in the best possible environment to create worldwide hit gamesOur culture and values are embodies by Madboxers
Structure People Operations Deliver a high level of compliance for all administrative topics : Payroll, contracts, health & safety, legal, ...Leverage internal (Head of Legal, Finance team) & external talents to provide expertise on those topics to MadboxersReview regularly the structure of our compensation grid to maximize attractiveness as well as fairness
Lead our talent acquisition effortsWorking with our Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Paris to accelerate hiring of our talents on both our officesBuild strategy to maximize outreach to the best talents on the market : we don’t want to approach all the market, we want to talk to the best !Support our Brand team to ensure Madbox is known and attracts talents from around the worldManage our recruiting headcount and work with our leadership team to both structure our organization as well as prioritize our needs to maintain a high efficiency & flexibility
Mad SkillsYou have several years of experience in HR, including senior positions, in a fast growing international environmentYou also have proven track record in scaling both people experience & recruiting policiesYou have been leading recruiting teams in the past or at least worked closely with themYou have an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile. You are both a strategic person and a do-er personYou speak both French and EnglishYou are able to create strong relationships and inspire confidence
