The Longevity Power provides strategic advisory, project management and full turnkey solutions for onsite and offsite renewable energy projects and electric vehicle charging.

To have the greatest impact, investors need to understand the potential across their entire portfolio and deploy clean energy solutions at scale in accordance with a centralised, coordinated delivery timeline. Longevity Power uses its in-house knowledge of the global policy landscape alongside its proprietary financial modelling system to provide clients with a truly portfolio-wide approach.

Once an implementation roadmap is in place, Longevity Power executes the installations themselves, working with suppliers and local engineers to ensure that investors and corporate occupiers achieve the optimal sustainability, reputational and financial benefits.

Whether it’s rooftop solar, onsite electric vehicle charging, or offsite green power procurement, Longevity Power works in tandem with the Longevity Partners team to provide a one-stop-shop approach to clean energy within the property industry.

The Climate Resilience team assists our clients across in the property sector in identifying, quantifying, and managing the risks that climate change poses to assets, portfolios and corporate strategies. Longevity’s role is to identify the climate change risks that real assets are facing and advise clients on the most appropriate adaptation and mitigation measures to prevent or minimise the damage they can cause and take advantage of opportunities that may arise.

Climate change poses one of the most significant risks of the 21st century to the economy and environment; with the built environment contributing approximately 40% towards global emissions.

The role of our Strategy team is to ensure that a client's ESG programme is effective and prioritises the key aspects of ESG for its business. A successful ESG strategy incorporates ambitious ESG commitments and provides a concrete implementation plan to reduce costs and generate better returns.

The team conducts market analyses through a combination of internal policy reviews, peer reviews and legislative reviews. It also engages with client stakeholders to understand the risks and opportunities associated with changing market trends, regulations, and stakeholder expectations.

The Strategy team covers a range of skills, such as climate analysis, data management and reporting, and policy and regulation. It helps our clients prioritise ESG issues, tailor the strategy to their needs, and guide them through the implementation phase. It coordinates with the client to agree upon the strategy's key areas of focus, and then develops objectives, key performance indicators, and a strategic action plan. A proposed ESG governance structure and a communication plan are included, to ensure effective implementation of the ESG strategy.

Our strategy experts work on several service lines within Longevity Partners to:

1. Recommend ESG objectives, KPIs, and targets to achieve our clients' long term visions.
2. Design an action plan adapted to the client's business model and processes.
3. Propose a governance structure and communication plan to ensure that the ESG strategy is effectively implemented.
