As an intern, your role will be to participate in and structure the strategic thinking of the company’s top management and to participate in the coordination of its implementation.

As part of your assignment you will contribute to:

1. Build and update strategic benchmark analyses** (product, go to market, performance…)

2. Animate and develop internal (sales, product usage…) performance monitoring dashboards.

3. Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of key internal and external leadership meetings.

4. Enrich and structure the reflection on future strategic issues for Libeo and participate in aligning all teams on the strategy.

5. Contribute to increase the team’s efficiency and improve ways of working.

This position offers a unique proximity to the management team and an exhaustive vision of the strategic issues (fundraising, partnerships, monitoring….) that a fast-growing start-up may face.

What you like:

1. Student in a gap year or final year of a Grande Ecole in a top-ranking engineering and/or business school (X, Centrale, Mines, Ponts, Telecom, HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, EDHEC, Sciences Po…)

2. Internship 2nd part of gap year or end of study with hiring potential

3. Previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or private equity required

4. Analytical Mindset

5. Entrepreneurial spirit, strong autonomy and agility

6. Curious, open-minded, strong ability to assimilate

7. Humble and aware that you can learn a lot while adding value
