The team

The Pre sales team plays a critical role in bridging the gap between sales, product, and customer success. Composed of 3 people (including this role), the team operates across multiple locations (Barcelona & Nantes) and partners with major enterprise accounts to drive technical strategy and successful integrations. Our key challenges involve scaling the team’s impact, refining pre-sales and post-sales technical strategies, and ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions.

As a Sales Engineer, you will have a dual role as both a team manager and an individual contributor. You will guide and mentor a team of two Sales Engineers while actively engaging in technical pre-sales activities, supporting deal negotiations, and driving successful solution deployments for enterprise customers. Your expertise will be key in aligning business needs with technical capabilities and ensuring the team delivers maximum impact.

⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

  • Shape & execute the solution strategy for enterprise clients, ensuring seamless technical integration and long-term adoption.
  • Bridge the gap between Sales, Tech, and Customer teams, influencing product roadmaps and aligning client needs with our technology vision.
  • Lead high-stakes RFx engagements, crafting compelling technical responses that drive enterprise deal success.
  • Inspire and mentor your team, empowering two Solution Consultants to grow and maximize their impact.
  • Own key enterprise relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor to drive innovation and business outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic technical presentations & workshops, demonstrating how our solutions solve real business challenges.

Requirements

🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

Experiences :

  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience leading technical discussions in enterprise sales cycles.
  • Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or integration-heavy environments.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring Solution Consultants is a plus.

Skills & soft skills

  • Strong technical acumen and ability to architect scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strong business and customer focus.
  • Experience working with APIs, cloud solutions, and SaaS integration.
