About The Role:

Ready to turbocharge your career? Kyriba is on the hunt for a bold, high-energy Account Manager to take charge of our fast-growing SMB portfolio (ARR under $50K). This isn’t your average desk job—you’ll own key client relationships, chase ambitious targets, and be the driving force behind customer success and revenue growth.

Key Tasks:

  • Build and expand relationships with SMB customers.

  • Focus on renewals and upsell opportunities and protect revenue through effective renewal management.

  • Conduct renewal audits and define renewal strategies.

  • Drive new, expansion, and renewal business in SMB accounts.

  • Coordinate with pre-sales, value engineering, PS, partners, support, and product teams.

  • Collaborate with account teams to execute account plans.

  • Meet quarterly sales, bookings, and renewal targets.

  • Differentiate Kyriba solutions from competitors to win preference.

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and deliver quarterly revenue.

  • Build pipeline for both strategic and transactional deals.

  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

  • Manage internal escalations and ensure team accountability.

  • Communicate forecasts and risks to management.

  • Stay current on industry trends and solutions.

  • What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred in Finance, treasury or similar

  • At least 2 years proven experience in SaaS selling, background working in Treasury, Finance, or Payment is preferred.

  • Strong track record of sales quota achievement and pipeline generation.

  • Business development skills as well as a strong understanding of how software deals are transacted.

  • Proficiency in MS/Google tools: Word, PPT, XLS

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline, renewal forecasting and bookings forecasting in a tool such as Salesforce

  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to travel, up to 25% to be onsite with clients or at event
