In a context of rapid growth and internationalization, you will join our HR department, report directly to the CEO, and, alongside our People Manager, play a key role in increasing the talent density of the company and attracting top profiles (C-Level, Head of, Team Leads) who will bring the company to the next level of success. In collaboration with your hiring manager peers, you will oversee from A to Z the most key recruitments for the company.

As a first Talent Acquisition Manager, your main responsibility will be to double our team by 2025 (15 roles in the first 6 months, 30 roles in the first 12 months, 60 roles in the next 24 months) while increasing candidate and onboarding experience!
🎯That includes for you:
Implementing an effective multi-channel sourcing strategy to attract top profiles for all departments (Tech, Data, Sales, Risk, Compliance)
Talent Hunting (outbound) through LinkedIn recruiter license, networking, and partnerships.
Talent market mapping and candidate pool creation
Conducting interviews (mostly in English) for our different markets (Spain, Italy, DACH, France) and all departments
Coaching Hirings managers (C-Level, Head of, Team Leaders) to provide the best candidate experience
Defining and monitoring your metrics related to :
The Acquisition channels : SER (Source Effectiveness Ratio), % of outbound (Lk Recruiter), % of referrals, % of paid recruitments (through headhunting agencies)
The duration of the recruitment process : TTF (Time to Fill) and TTH (Time to Hire - max 20 days)
The quality of the candidate selection process : IOR (Interview to Offer Ratio), OAR (Offer Acceptance Rate)
The candidate’s satisfaction level regarding their recruitment experience at Hero (NPS)
The quality and seniority of the A-players recruited (C-Levels executives, Heads of departments)
The longevity of the employees recruited by the company : % of probationary periods passed, retention rate (% of employees remaining at Hero after 12 months)
Redesigning our onboarding process for new hires to enable them to gain skills quickly:
Creation of guides, presentations, and training materials to facilitate the integration of new employees.
Implementation of customized onboarding programs based on different profiles and levels of experience, taking into account industry best practices.
Assessing the satisfaction of the onboarding process through surprise feedback reports to make necessary adjustments and ensure the best possible experience for new hires.
Managing high-impact projects for the TA Team from ideation to deployment.

Graduated with a Master’s Degree, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, as well as a successful track record in a startup environment with a high-growth trajectory.
