Your Ownership? 💪

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will join the Ops team, whose overall mission is to deliver the best user experience across our various services. This includes onboarding and supporting our merchants throughout their use of our solutions.

Are you ready for this thrilling challenge? 🚀

As a Customer Support Specialist, your missions will be to:

  • Handle and resolve all customer support tickets in French, Spanish, Italian, and German with high quality and responsiveness.

  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional onboarding and ongoing customer care, ensuring continuous customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with the RIST and Compliance teams to support onboarding processes and maintain compliance standards.

  • You speak English fluently and are familiar with at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish (French and/or German is a plus).

  • You have excellent communication skills and can switch fluently between speed and quality in your responses.

  • You are customer-oriented, with a strong focus on maintaining satisfaction rates above 90%.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are proactive in contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.
