General Role

Hermès Australia is currently seeking Casual Sales Associates for their Australian Boutiques.

Context

As a Sales Associate, you will join a dynamic sales team and be available to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.

Main responsibilities

Previous customer service experience is preferred with a high standard of presentation, interpersonal skills and grooming. You will be a team player and embody the values of the Hermès house. You will possess excellent spoken and written English, with other languages being an advantage. 

This role will be to assist the team in all aspects of the Hermès boutiques within Hermès standards of image and services worldwide.  

Objectives/Goals

The candidate will provide exceptional customer service to all clients whilst supporting their boutique with daily operations and back of house duties. The candidate will have a proven sales record and an ambassador of Service Excellence in their boutique.
