Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of licensed children's apparel (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.

Operational for 7 years, the company has seen rapid growth and now has over 500 employees across the continent 🌍

We distribute our products both through wholesale — to major specialty or multi-brand retailers — and through retail, via our concessions in department stores.

In practical terms, this means that if you buy children’s clothing (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or elsewhere in Europe, the product you're holding has definitely passed through us 😊 — even if you bought it from an official Nike or Levi’s store!

To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales and Merchandising - Intern. 

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a "Go to market" process and a supporting Sales and Retailer Marketing tool kit
  • Create seasonal tools: GTM presentations and QBR presentations
  • Project management of the Sales and Retailer Marketing tool kit; photo shoots for, product flat shots, look books - form concept creation, production and distribution
  • Co-ordinate with Sales and Merchandising teams for seasonal ordering of samples, tracking and delivery of Production Samples for Active and Lifestyle brands.
  • Support with Go to market, Key account Meetings and Retailer Trade Fairs
  • Develop and maintain a POS program, defining the parameters of the program and a retailer matrix
  • Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of comprehensive In-Store programs for all Haddad brands, including fixtures, mannequins, POS and other visual elements
  • Planning and executing targeted marketing relating to in-store activations or product launches
  • Support with showroom remodels and maintenance from concept to completion, within assigned timescales and budget
  • Communicate all Monthly and Seasonal initiatives to Brand Director
  • Special project as assigned
