We raised $25 million in our Series B round in December 2020 and $30 million in our Series C round in 2022. We more than doubled in size in every meaningful way: annual recurring revenue, the size of our customer base, and the size of our Gorgias team, for starters.

The Strategy Team has a central role in identifying strategic opportunities and driving high-priority initiatives for the business (e.g. revenue growth, new markets, product strategy). The team works cross-functionally with leadership, product, GTM, and customer research to provide strategic support. We are looking for a top-performing Strategy Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes extreme ownership to diagnose problems, analyze solutions and drive implementation to create impact.
Data collection & analysis: conduct market and competitor research, gather insights through quantitative & qualitative methods (e.g. SQL, customer interviews, surveys), and develop analytical frameworks to support decision making
Formulate strategic recommendations: communicate the outcomes/insights to various stakeholders to aid strategic decisions and develop action plans for recommendations
Cross-functional project management: work with leadership and key stakeholders across functions to implement recommendations. You'll be expected to take full ownership of these projects across all phases, from early exploration to execution.
2-4 years experience in consulting, finance, or other roles requiring a blend of analytical, strategic, and cross-functional work.
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills - strong SQL skills are a must
Extreme ownership and a bias towards action, and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work and build relationships with a wide range of people, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
Tackle ambiguous, open-ended questions and quickly iterate on solutions
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous work experience in high-growth or early-stage startups, or experience at MBB consulting firms
Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and/or B2B SaaS
