Job Title: Channel Marketing Coordinator

Location: Flexible Paris Issy-les-Moulineaux. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, within proximity to an office location.

The Role

On this team you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our company's channel marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing and coordinating various marketing programs that focus on our assisted selling program, retail execution, MDF (Market Development Funds) management. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, channel partners, and external agencies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and optimize our channel marketing strategies. As a Channel Marketing Coordinator, your dedication and strategic approach will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our channel marketing efforts, enhancing our relationships with channel partners and driving business results.

What You Will Do

1. Assisted Selling Program:

  • Develop and execute the assisted selling program in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including product training guides, FAQs, and promotional materials, to assist channel partners in effectively promoting our products.
  • Monitor and analyze the program's performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly communicate with channel partners to understand their needs and challenges and address any concerns or queries.

2. Retail Execution (MDF Management):

  • Manage the Market Development Funds (MDF) allocated to channel partners, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to co-create marketing plans and campaigns that align with our brand and product goals.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of MDF-funded marketing activities, measuring their impact on sales and brand visibility.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on MDF utilization and program ROI.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align channel marketing efforts with sales objectives and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Work closely with the Channel Marketing and POP team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning across all channel marketing activities.
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
  • Identify the best ways to capitalize on and grow brand awareness, penetration and market share while supporting to execute best in class content, channel promotions, POP merchandising, selling materials, digital and print marketing assets and seeding the market to obtain positive rates and reviews.

4. Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of various marketing initiatives and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of channel marketing activities, including KPIs, to share with stakeholders and management.
  • Stay update on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose new marketing strategies to enhance channel partner engagement and overall performance.

5. Events + Trainings

  • Plan and execute events, both in-person and virtual, to showcase our products and engage with channel partners and end customers.
  • Monitor metrics and event feedback to gauge the success of activations and identify areas for improvement.

Skills We’re Excited About

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel marketing, retail execution, MDF management, and event execution
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, channel partners, and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to derive meaningful insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
