As a Founding Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of Gladia’s growth in the U.S. market. You will play a key role in generating and qualifying new business opportunities to fuel our Account Executive team. This is a high-energy, high-impact position where your contributions will directly accelerate our expansion globally. This role is NY based.

Role

  • Actively prospect new customers through calls, emails, and social channels.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities.

  • Maintain a high daily volume of outreach and conversations.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff.

  • Contribute to refining sales processes and achieving ambitious growth targets.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system.

  • Produce regular reports and dashboards to monitor pipeline health, track performance against targets, and provide actionable insights to the sales team

Profile

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales or equivalent).

  • Proven track record in a fast-growing environment with high prospecting volume.

  • Experience with a B2B SaaS product (mandatory).

  • Familiar with a tech audience: ability to understand and engage with technical stakeholders (CTOs, developers, product managers, etc.).

  • Proficiency with CRM tools

  • Tech-savvy, results-driven, and a true team player.

  • Motivation, resilience, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.

What Gladia offers

  • Base salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 USD, plus $30,000 USD variable compensation

  • Hybrid work model: you’ll be based at our offices in Flatiron District, Manhattan - a vibrant co-working space at the heart of NYC’s tech scene - while also enjoying flexibility to work from home part of the week
