Cool. So what's the role about? 🚀

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll become our in-house GetAccept expert, leveraging your technical proficiency and business insight to advise and assist customers in aligning GetAccept with their business goals. This customer-centric position entails collaborating closely with our sales reps as well as R&D team to grasp the roadmap, technical capabilities, and constraints. You’ll join forces with our skilled sales reps in the pre-sales process to drive our revenue growth and upmarket motion forward.

This is some of the fun things you will do: 

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Design and demonstrate value-adding solutions to potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with sales reps to understand internal product knowledge gaps and support Sales Enablement and Partnerships in improving our skill sets.
  • Provide insights to the RnD team for product development and roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices within the SaaS space.

As Solutions Engineer you will join our Sales Operations team together with our Director of Sales Operations, Adam Wenhov. You will work with managers and representatives from our global sales team and also collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as product, engineering and marketing. All in all - highly engaged and passionate people who truly believe in our product and business!

  • Have previous experience working with technical sales, engineering, consultation or support, preferably within SaaS and from a similar role since before. 
  • You have a holistic understanding of software development and feel comfortable communicating with Product Managers and technical stakeholders.
  • You have a business mindset and are able to translate product features to business needs and customer value.
  • Experience working with various CRMs such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics & HubSpot as well as a good understanding of API
